Intro

As part of my Master’s, I led Laundromate, a case study exploring how technology can enhance traditional laundry services. The project focused on integrating IoT for real-time scheduling, monitoring, and notifications to improve efficiency and user experience.

• Conducted research and user interviews as part of the design process.
• Based on user insights and needs, implemented real-time scheduling, monitoring, and notification features.
• Created detailed UX flow and high-fidelity UI for the app.
